A szigorodó Stop Soros törvénycsomag elfogadása után büntető törvénykönyvi tényállás lesz a törvénytelen bevándorlás szervezése – közölte Gulyás Gergely Miniszterelnökséget vezető miniszter az új kabinet megalakulása után tartott első kormányinfón.

Kifejtette: a kormány első érdemi ülésén megtárgyalta a Stop Soros törvénycsomagot, valamint a hozzá kapcsolódó alkotmánymódosítási javaslatot, amelyek – a Stop Soros esetében a módosított új előterjesztés – jövő héten kerülhetnek az Országgyűlés elé, tárgyalásuk pedig az azt követő héten kezdődhet a parlamentben. Erre kaptak felhatalmazást a választáson – jelezte, úgy fogalmazva: szeretnék megóvni Magyarországot a bevándorlástól és annak szervezőitől.
